Realme intends to launch its much-anticipated Realme GT 7 series in India. The event will be streamed live on the official Realme YouTube channel, allowing fans and tech enthusiasts to view all the announcements in real time.
After the Realme GT 6’s popularity, the next model is expected to be priced at about ₹45,000, making it a formidable contender in the upper mid-range market against rivals like the OnePlus 13R. The Realme GT 6 was priced at ₹40,999.
Design & Display
The Realme GT 7 series, which is anticipated to have a new design language, has a laser-etched metallic frame and a unique back coating for optimal comfort and traction. The phones will be offered in two color options: IceSense Black and IceSense Blue; however, the GT 7T will also be available in a striking Racing Yellow.
Both versions reportedly include a 6.78-inch LTPS AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and an astounding peak brightness of 6,000 nits. The screens will most likely be covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. A somewhat larger 6.8-inch screen with comparable functionality could be available for the GT 7T.
Performance
The Realme GT 7 and GT 7 Dream Edition, built on 4nm technology, likely run on the newest MediaTek Dimensity 9400e CPU. One chip may house MediaTek’s APU 790 for complex AI tasks, Cortex-X4 and Cortex-A720 CPUs, and an Arm Eternalis-G720 GPU.
On the other hand, the GT 7T is said to come with a Mali-G 720 MC7 GPU, a Dimensity 8400 Max chipset with Cortex-A725 CPUs, and MediaTek’s NPU 880. All devices are expected to come pre-installed with Android 15.
Cameras
There have been rumors that the GT 7 and Dream Edition include three back cameras, which include
A main OIS 50MP sensor
A 50MP telephoto lens with a two-times optical zoom
An ultrawide lens with eight MP

Battery and charging
Battery performance is another distinguishing feature of the GT 7 series. The GT 7 and GT 7T are anticipated to include a 7,000mAh battery that supports 120W rapid USB Type-C charging. The GT 7 will also include a dedicated battery management chip designed to lower heat and increase battery life; however, it is yet unclear whether this chip will be part of the GT 7T.
